Site Under Construction
If the customer checks the live website and sees the “Our website is under construction. We’re coming soon!” message, follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
- Try to re-publish the project and check the website. Go to the next step if the “Under Construction” message remains.
- Check the customer's subscription and hosting: both should be Active.
- Check the DNS settings for the customer's domain: the IP address should correspond the Host specified in the customer’s account in Customer Manager.
- If you can access the customer’s hosting (e.g., via FTP client), you can check if the website files/ folders are successfully uploaded to the root directory.
