Phone Validation Rules

If a customer can't add a number to the website or it's not working correctly, check the customer's phone number and compare it with the phone validation formats.

Site Editor phone validation rules are the following:

• Phone number should be of min length: 5 characters; max size: 15 characters.
• Phone number is validated if it matches the international (by country code) or local format.

Note: The vendor is not responsible for the issues after pushing "Call" or "Send" is displayed on the published website. Device issue, Telco Gateway issue, Browser or Cache issue could cause such problems as the incorrect phone number or phone number redirects.
