Video Muted on the Website

In Site Editor, customers can add Videos:

• As a Background of a Block. In this case, the video has no sound.
• As a Video feature to any page (except for the Store page). 
• For the website visitors' comfort, videos are muted by default. However, visitors can unmute the video and adjust the sound volume using the Volume slider.

Please pay attention if the video was added as a Block Background or a Video feature.
